Interesting Info
- The Lamarck’s Angelfish are relatively peaceful when compared to other angelfish. Their social behaviours are similar to most in their species as they are generally solitary but can be found in pairs or small groups. - These fish are omnivores and primarily feed on algae and sponges, but also eat small prawns, zooplankton and plants.
- Estimates on lifespan have them reaching up to 15 years of age.
- The main predators of angelfish include sharks, larger predatory fish and marine mammals.
